Bilingual Caregivers

Your language skills matter here. By speaking English, Spanish, or both (preferred), you help seniors feel understood, respected, and truly cared for.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help clients maintain independence in a familiar home environment
- Communicate clearly with clients and families in their preferred language
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual caregivers (English/Spanish strongly preferred)

- Experience as a Home Health Aide or caregiver (preferred but not always required)

Bilingual Registered Nurses
CasaLuz Care LLC is a compassionate, bilingual, and culturally responsive non-medical home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. We proudly serve diverse communities across Northeast Ohio with dignity, professionalism, and heart.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part-time basis to provide caregiver supervision, compliance monitoring and quality assurance for our non-medical home care agency serving seniors and adults who wish to remain safely in their homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and a leadership role in community-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervises caregivers
- Ensure compliance with Ohio home care regulations
- Review client service plans and care documentation
- Escalate client concerns to families, case managers, or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Recommend safety interventions, reassessments, or increased services when appropriate
- Assist with incident reporting and quality assurance
- Estimated 8–12 hours weekly initially, with growth opportunities as census expands.
- (visits could be done with telehealth)
- Participate in onboarding and training of caregivers
- Conduct caregiver competency evaluations and supervisory visits as needed
- Be available for clinical guidance and staff support
- Conduct wellness check-ins and identify changes requiring follow-up
- Ensuring caregivers perform only authorized tasks within approved care plans
- Coordinating with waiver case managers and managed care organizations
- Reviewing EVV, visit notes, and service documentation for compliance
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Home care, hospice, senior care, or case management experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation preferred for occasional field visits
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Cultural sensitivity and client-centered communication
Preferred Experience
- PASSPORT Waiver
- Medicaid waiver services
- Private duty home care
- Senior care operations
- ODA compliance experience
Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain records in accordance with HIPAA and Ohio regulations.
- Ensure timely incident reporting and follow-up.
- Support internal audits, payer reviews, and credentialing processes.
- Maintain caregiver files, training records, and background screening compliance.
- Participate in Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement initiatives.
Schedule
- Part-time: (8-10 hours per week)
- Flexible daytime schedule
- Some on-call availability preferred
Compensation
- Competitive pay: $36.08/$45 per hour (based on experience)
